End of A Loooong Weekend

This weekend was filled with friends, family, kid parties, staying out all night and no sleep. My eldest turned 9 last week. We celebrated on the weekend with spending Friday at the beach, relaxing then Saturday on the beach again for the BBQ birthday party. I love gatherings, seeing people I haven't seen in a while, kids growing up since the last time I seen them. There was a little cake fighting, my daughter had a red velvet facial(I'm so happy the party was outdoors :D )
My cousin was out here celebrating her birthday with friends, I spent some time in Waikiki with them. We went out to a nice steakhouse last night, I'm a bread lover and the place had delicious fresh baked chibatta bread with garlic butter.

Rookery Cove: Ocean’s Call has now released! And I have a contest! Enter the code: OCEAN08 when you purchase this title from Changeling Press and you’ll receive 5% off your order. You’ll also be entered to win a fantastic little home spa package.

What’s a sexual therapist to do when she finds herself bored with sex?
An invitation to Rookery Cove Aphrodisiacs may be just what the doctor ordered. No worries, no regrets, just relaxation in one of the most beautiful northern coves in the world. But when two delicious men come calling, can Nikita keep things from blazing out of control?
For Connor, watching his mate spiral into darkness is tearing him apart. Nikita brings a breath of fresh air into their lives, reminding Connor of life and love. Now he just has to convince Draven to fall for the doctor…past or no past.
As captain of Rookery Cove’s sole water travel vessel, Draven has it all. No worries, no regrets, no reason to face a history long dead, but it’s a half life. Every day puts him closer to the edge and his lover is at his wit’s end. Nikita’s arrival awakens a dark yearning deep within, one filled with shadows and memories he’d rather never face, but with her soft touch and sexy smile, he’s lost before he knows it.
For the bisexual selkies, Nikita may be exactly what they need.
When the three get together, the heat flaring among them sizzles the night, but when morning comes can it be enough to keep them together? Or will their personal demons tear them apart?

Happy Aloha Friday/ Blog Party

What better way is there to celebrate Aloha Friday than with a party? Join in the party!

Death By Bikini By Linda Gerber (Out Now)

A day at the beach can be murder… Aphra Behn Connolly has the type of life most teenage girls envy. She lives on a remote tropical island and spends most of her time eavesdropping on the rich and famous. The problem is that her family's secluded luxury resort allows few opportunities for her to make friends—much less to meet cute boys. So when a smoldering Seth Mulo turns up with his parents, she's immediately drawn to him. Sure, he's a little bit guarded, and sure his parents are rather cold, and okay he won't say a word about his past, but their chemistry is undeniable. Then a famous rock star's girlfriend turns up dead on the beach—strangled by her own bikini top—and alarm bells sound. What exactly are Seth and his family hiding? And is it too great a coincidence that they turned up just one day before a murder? As Aphra digs into the mystery, she discovers that Seth and his family are in hiding from a dangerous terrorist organization. And, what's more, her mother—whom she hadn't heard from in years—might be involved. As the plot thickens, Aphra finds that danger lurks behind even the most unexpected of faces. . . .

There's just one problem: the last Blade who helped him ended up dead, and he won't do that to anyone else. Not even someone as talented as Zahra. He just has to keep his lust under control and not get involved. But when a group of orphans is discovered deep within the Necromancer's compound and Dashtu learns that his former lover, a Blade, has become a zombie, he realizes he has to act fast. He'll have to rely on his angelic powers and his Blade. With a little luck and some divine intervention, they might make it out alive. Then, maybe he can see if he has a future with his new Blade, Zahra.

A book with bite and “a gem of a heroine”— third in the series from the author of Dead Sexy.
It’s been one heck of a week for Garnet Lacey. The Vatican witch hunters finally think she’s dead, the FBI has closed their file on her, she’s co-founding a new coven—and the gorgeous vampire she loves has just asked her to marry him. How lucky can one girl get? Then, her fiancé goes missing and Garnet’s worried sick. Has he been kidnapped? Or could he have run off with that blonde from the coven? Now Garnet will have to seek the help of her future stepson—the same brat who turned her over to the witch hunters for a brand-new Jaguar. But there’s more bad news: the Goddess Lilith, who camps out in her body, has been making embarrassing appearances. And on top of that, some killer’s on her tail...

Because Your Vampire Said So By Michele Bardsley

When you’re immortal, being a mom won’t kill you— it will only make you stronger
Even though all the non-vamps in Broken Heart, Oklahoma, skipped town, Patsy Donahue has kept her hair salon up and running thanks to the werewolves prowling around. They know how important good grooming is, especially a certain rogue shapeshifter who’s as sexy as he is deadly. Now, if only she could put a leash on her wild teenage son, who’s up to his neck in danger. The stress would kill Patsy, if she wasn’t already undead. But her maternal instinct is still alive and kicking. And no one had better mess with her own flesh and blood…

Wicked Game by Jeri Smith-Ready

Late-night radio you can sink your teeth into

Recovering con artist Ciara Griffin is trying to live the straight life, even if it means finding a (shudder!) real job. She takes an internship at a local radio station, whose late-night time-warp format features 1940s blues, 60s psychedelia, 80s Goth, and more, all with an uncannily authentic flair. Ciara soon discovers how the DJs maintain their cred: they’re vampires, stuck forever in the eras in which they were turned.
Ciara’s first instinct, as always, is to cut and run. But communications giant Skywave wants to buy WMMP and turn it into just another hit-playing clone. Without the station—and the link it provides to their original Life Times—the vampires would “fade,” becoming little more than mindless ghosts of the past. Suddenly a routine corporate takeover becomes a matter of life and un-death.
To boost ratings and save the lives of her strange new friends, Ciara re-brands the station as “WVMP, the Lifeblood of Rock ’n’ Roll.” In the ultimate con, she hides the DJs’ vampire nature in plain sight, disguising the bloody truth as a marketing gimmick. WVMP becomes the hottest thing around—next to Ciara’s complicated affair with grunge vamp Shane McAllister. But the “gimmick” enrages a posse of ancient and powerful vampires who aren’t so eager to be brought into the light. Soon the stakes are higher-and the perils graver-than any con game Ciara’s ever played…
