Michele's Fantastic Five's
Five words and/or phrases that describe you:
*PASSIONATE: I care intensely about everything I do – sometimes too much ;)
*OBSESSED: Especially about writing…when I get into a book, I completely disappear into it, and I mean gone. I have been known to disappear into books I read, too…I will stay up all night to finish reading a great book!
*DETERMINED: You could also say “stubborn” LOL – When I want to do something, I might slow down, but I don’t give up.
*QUIRKY: Again, you could also call me “weird” and that would probably fit too J
*SENTIMENTAL: Yes, commercials for phone services sometimes make me cry…
Five people and or things that inspire you:
*my children: they teach me how to open up and really see the world
*my husband: the most romantic human being I know
*NYC: my hometown, and the most magical place I’ve ever been
*the ocean: the waves and the wind speak to me, give me peace
*the future: anything is possible!
Five of your favorite authors:
Argh, this is tough!!! – there are so many, but I’ll try…..
*Madeleine L’Engle
*Jim Butcher
*Linnea Sinclair
*Ursula LeGuin
*Stephen King
Describe five of your heroes/heroines through your eyes:
Kovner [NETHERWOOD]: Talia’s cyber lover and outlaw rebel, Kovner is a poet soldier – he fights for survival, but he’s as much a mystic as a warrior. He knows how to fight, how to protect, but his greatest gift is in his vision of the future. I love Kovner because he sees the future, knows he will likely die and that his cause is almost certainly doomed, but he NEVER gives up. And I love his wicked, secret side…he’s got an insatiable appetite!
Talia Fortune [NETHERWOOD]: She’s the face of the law on the planet of Fresh Havens, and she clings to her authority because deep down she doesn’t trust herself. She is such a fantastic woman, but doesn’t know it – because of her shady past, she doesn’t trust her better instincts and that lack of certainty messes her up again and again. BUT her love for Kovner gives her the strength and understanding to grow, to realize that her flaws are the key to her salvation.
Arthur Pendragon [MS. PENDRAGON]: Arthur is the King – he’s used to taking command, leading people in a noble cause. The greatest thing about Arthur is that he is willing to admit he is wrong, and to change. Even despite ancient feuds lasting for hundreds of years, Arthur is willing to step back and reconsider his actions. He also is extremely hot, in a wounded warrior kinda way J
Viv Levy [MISTS OF MANHATTAN]: Viv is wicked and witty…sexy and funny and supremely self-assured. She’s a great Witch, the High Priestess of New York City, but she doesn’t take herself too seriously. The greatest thing about her is that she realizes kindness can be more powerful than any supernatural magic…she heals as much through love as through magic herbs or secret spells.
Mordred the Bold [MISTS OF MANHATTAN]: I love this twisted soul J His hatred for his father Arthur is so pure, so grounded in righteousness, that he almost convinces Viv of his side of things. When it comes down to the wire, he is capable of making huge sacrifices to save the woman he loves, to undo the epic wrongs he has committed. Mordred is a tortured hero, but he is worth redeeming!
Five reasons to read your books:
*Action/adventure: a great escape, heart-pounding excitement J
*Thought provoking: sexy thrillers that make you think!
*Metaphysical edge: exploration of inner space and the power of the human soul….
*Vivid settings: take a mental vacation to another planet, the future or the past
*Questing characters: flawed, intense, larger than life characters who seek love in extraordinary times

by Michele Lang
THERE’S A NEW SHERIFF IN TOWN…
And her name is Talia Fortune. Her mission: capture the cyber outlaw, Kovner, a man who knows she is more than just a sheriff—Talia is also a woman, with a woman’s desires. Scion of the Fortune family and primary shareholder of the mega-conglomerate FortuneCorp, she is the Hand of Fate…or at least of the Home Office. With the power to punish, she’s been sent to Fresh Havens—a corporate off-world colony run by her uncle. But the colony is full of hidden danger. Sabotage, deception, destruction…it will take every ounce of Talia’s strength and courage, fighting skills honed in the Amphitheatre and knowledge learned at the Academy, just to survive. Her ability to love and trust will be sorely tested, especially in the clutches of her quarry, the Outlaw of Fresh Havens, her cyber-lover and now her enemy. He and the answers lie in the Gray Forest, in a reality beyond the bubbledome, the Grid, and everything she’s ever known. Her future lies in… NETHERWOOD

A Diary Snippet and a Review
A snippet from Alicia’s collection of condom notes:
During Roman times, a magic condom became popular. This condom supposedly protected the users from pregnancy and from evil spirits. To make a magic condom the woman collected a large handful of fur from a she-mule’s mane. During the foreplay stage, the man and woman wove a condom from the fur, which was then used during lovemaking.
Alicia’s note – sounds uncomfortable and itchy but the foreplay might be interesting. Did it leak? Source: Humble Little Condom by Aine Collier
Get your copy of FANCY FREE, an erotic romance about condoms by Shelley Munro, from Ellora’s Cave on March 7, 2008.

A Short Review of Amethyst Moon
I just finished Amethyst Moon . It is a nice smooth quick read.I was taken to another world that lies beneath an Amethyst moon. Got to meet and awe over two sexy hardworking heroes and a herioine who had me rooting for her choice. I was scrolling through the book so fast, I'm surprised I slowed down when it heated up. I hope to be able to visit their world again.

Promoting Fancy Free
Responsible Romantic Heroes Use Condoms
Some readers prefer heroes to use condoms while others say the dose of reality kills all the spontaneity and romance. It’s a debate that repeats all over romance land—to use condoms or not to use condoms—since, after all, it is only fiction…
New Zealand erotic romance author, Shelley Munro took this a step further in her upcoming release Fancy Free, the story of an accountant who inherits a condom company. When Ms. Munro caught an Air New Zealand flight from San Francisco, she came across an advertising article about a new condom on the market. The ideas flowed and by the time she landed in Auckland, she’d outlined her plot for Fancy Free.
It’s not every day a girl inherits a condom company, and to say accountant, Alice Beasley is astonished and out of her depth is putting it mildly. For an almost virgin, she needs a quick education in all things condom because her inheritance is in danger. Someone is intent on sabotage and playing nasty, trying to destroy her new company.
Alice is suddenly getting down and dirty with charismatic James, the factory manager, all in the name of business, testing new condom designs. The sex is hot. Mind-blowing. It’s a dark thrill and an erotic journey. Yeah, it’s a hard job but a girl’s got to do what a girl’s gotta do.
The testing turns personal. Alice wants James. She craves his talented touch and sultry kisses, she desires passion and physical pleasure on a permanent basis but first she must convince bad boy James to give up his fancy free ways.
Note: condoms were tested and a few harmed during the writing of this story.
Fancy Free releases on 7 March 2008 from Ellora’s Cave http://www.ellorascave.com/ and is Ms. Munro’s eighteenth release from the pioneer erotic romance publisher.
From the time Shelley Munro was a little girl living in New Zealand, she wanted to be a detective. She read all the Famous Five mysteries by Enid Blyton before graduating to Nancy Drew and the Hardy Boys. Her favorite television viewing was Scooby Doo where she, in her invisible guise, helped Scooby solve the crime.
As happens with children, Shelley grew up and boys distracted her from childhood dreams. She found one she really liked and married him, traveling the world at his side until returning to settle in New Zealand to write hot and spicy tales for Ellora’s Cave, some of which contain the odd body or two.

Fantastic Fives on Kate Douglas
Five words and/or phrases that describe you:
My friends think I’m funny, so guess that would be one word.
I know I’m loyal, sometimes beyond the point where I should be,
I’m definitely creative (read Wolf Tales!) and
I have a wide appreciation for the world around me.
I’m also thankful for all the neat things I’ve gotten to experience in this world, and hopeful I’ll be able to do a lot more while I’m still able.
Five people and or things that inspire you:
Both our kids inspire me—they truly live life on their terms, they’re loving and caring adults and terrific parents. In this day and age, it’s not all that easy to hold onto your values and your integrity, and both of ours do that in spades. I’m also inspired by the parents of our son’s very dear friend who suffered a traumatic brain injury five years ago. They’ve been through hell and back, but they never give up and their undeniable love for their son has brought him out of a vegetative state to a point no one expected him to reach...and he’s not done reaching. You can read Ross’s story at http://www.rossdillon.com/ and see current updates on his ongoing recovery at www.rossdillon.com/update. That would lead me to another person I find inspiring—Dr. Edwin Cooper, who has discovered a radical method for treating TBI and continues helping people who are considered lost causes—and he does this on a totally volunteer basis, bucking the established medical system, which now has finally begun to recognize that what he does works.
There are so many people who inspire me, it’s impossible to limit the number to just five, but these are the ones who immediately come to mind. I have gotten to know a lot of my readers online and some of their stories are so amazing, you can’t help but be inspired. The world is filled with truly fantastic people.
Five of your favorite authors:
WHAT? ONLY FIVE? Sheesh...just off the top of my head, Angela Knight, Robyn Carr, Devyn Quinn, Christine Feehan and JR Ward come to mind...but then there’s also Jayne Ann Krentz, Susan Elizabeth Phillips, Jenna Black, Anne Stuart, Susan Grant, Rachel Gibson, Lori Foster, Emma Holly, MaryJanice Davidson...and the list goes on, and on, and on! (I’m looking at titles in my bookshelf!)
Describe five of your heroes/heroines through your eyes:
Anton Cheval: the undisputed leader of the Chanku. He’s tall, dark and lean (think David Copperfield in appearance) with an air of superiority that masks a lot of inner vulnerabilities and fears about his supposed failings. He loves his mate and his daughter beyond belief and will do whatever it takes to keep them safe. He’s a wizard as well as a magician, with abilities that far surpass any of the other Chanku. He takes his responsibilities very seriously and feels a need to protect everyone he loves.
Keisha Rialto, Anton’s mate. In the beginning of Wolf Tales, she was a horribly traumatized young African American landscape designer. Through the ensuing stories, she has definitely come into her own. I think of Keisha as the epitome of the alpha bitch—she’s strong and loving with a sense of who she is and an awareness of her own power within the pack. She doesn’t ask for respect—it’s inescapable. In appearance, she’s gained a few pounds since the birth of her daughter, Lily Milina, but it’s only added to her beauty. In my mind, she’s become sort of a cross between Phylicia Rashād and Queen Latifah. There’s a natural air of leadership about her that the other women gravitate toward.
Baylor Quinn Baylor was introduced in Wolf Tales III. He was one of the government agents sent to kidnap Shannon Murphy, Jacob Trent’s mate. Jake and Shannon turn the tables on the agents and Bay is the only one left. Shannon is the one who recognizes him as Chanku and stops Jake from killing him. As it turns out, Baylor has long suspected he’s different, but he doesn’t know why. Shannon and Jake offer him the answers he needs. In appearance, while I picture Jacob Trent as looking like the character Sawyer on the TV series LOST, Baylor Quinn is Jack, the doctor. He’s tall and lean with dark hair and very intense eyes and a huge capacity for love. In Wolf Tales V, he shows that love when he rescues Manda Smith, a young woman caught between human and wolf. As hideous as she looks, Bay falls in love with her even before she is able to change fully into either a woman or a wolf. He’s a very strong character, very trustworthy and extremely loyal to the rest of the pack. He was a favorite of mine from the beginning!
Tala Quinn Tala is Baylor’s missing sister, Mary Ellen. She is introduced in Chanku Fallen, in the Sexy Beast II anthology. Tala was a lot of fun to write, and I keep bringing her back in new books—she’s a tiny thing. Unlike the other Chanku females, Tala is barely five feet tall, but she makes up for her lack in size with her attitude. When Mik and AJ, the only bonded male pair of Chanku rescue Tala from an abusive pimp, they have no idea she’s actually the missing Mary Ellen they’ve been looking for. They also don’t expect her to carve a place in both their hearts, but there’s no denying the attraction the guys feel for her. I love her attitude—she’s brash and cocky and so in love with both her guys, who tower over her in size. Tala loves without reserve and she’s willing to risk her life to help her friends, something she does in my novella coming out next Fall, Chanku Wild.
Adam Wolf Adam shows up at the very end of Wolf Tales V when he accepts a ride from a man driving a restored 51 Ford pickup. The man is, of course, Anton Cheval’s personal assistant, Oliver. Adam is Millie West’s missing son and his character becomes one of the leading heroes in the next few Wolf Tales books and novellas. He has amazing powers that go even beyond what Anton Cheval can do, but he’s new to the pack and has much to learn about their kind. Adam looks like a tall, rangy cowboy, very much like his father, Millie’s only lover before Ulrich Mason came along. He’s got blond hair and a lean, weathered look about him. Adam’s biggest talent is the ability to “fix things,” but Anton is the one who teaches him that his “fixing” goes well beyond cars and household appliances.
I could easily go on about all my Chanku. At this point, there are 21 adults and two children, and they are all special to me. The cool thing about writing an ongoing series is that I get to revisit my characters whenever I want. I never know what they’ve been up to until I sit down to write. That’s when they start telling all their secrets!
Five reasons to read your books:
Anyone who loves a sexy romance with powerful alpha heroes, self-assured, strong-willed heroines and a truly convoluted plot will enjoy my stories. I write very emotional characters and I love hearing from readers who say they were crying one minute and laughing the next when they read my books. Isn’t that what life is all about? I write characters who are honorable and true to their packmates—heroes who will give their lives to protect their women, and heroines tough enough that they don’t need all that much protecting! I guess I would say if you want a good, erotic shapeshifter paranormal romance, you really need to try Wolf Tales. Five specific reasons? Hmmmmmm....
If you like:
Sexy heroes
Kick-ass heroines
Emotional stories
Terrific plots
And
REALLY explicit love scenes with everything from M/F to M/M/F/F/M sex...
then you really need to read the entire series!

Celebrating My 29th With Free Reads and Surprise Goodies
Since I have been celebrating my birthday month with guest bloggers who have told us all a little bit about them and their books. I'm going to give you a sneak peek of me
Yup,that's me,excuse the bright white lines. The tattoo represents the islands which I have been calling home for the past 8 years, the turtle is a tribal turtle and if you look closely on her back you will see my three little girls.
Another thing about me is I love oldies music and music in general, I owe that to my father because from the womb he played his music with the volume up high. I go to my parents house and there's music coming out of the house. In the early 70's he had his own cover band.
My mother taught me to always see the good in people. She has the patience of a saint, I'm trying to get there. *g*
and my love for romance began with this book
Kyrian and Amanda had me hooked from page one.
Thank you all for sharing my love of a good book and stopping in on my blog to share your stories too. As a gift to you, I've put together a suprise package. Come share your good news or a little about you, I'll pick one commenter first thing Saturday morning.
Click on the links below and they'll lead you birthday goodies, tasty recipes, free reads, hot reads and a place where you can sign up for free reads.

Five words and/or phrases that describe you:
That’s a hard question to answer, so I asked my husband what he thought. This is what he said.
Industrious,
Organized,
Creative,
Patient,
Generous. I questioned the last one and he added self-effacing. LOL
Five people and or things that inspire you:
My husband is a constant source of inspiration for me. He believes in me and my books and always has. He’s given me the confidence to reach for my dreams.
Other writers. I see them pushing themselves to create wonderful books and it inspires me to do the same.
My sister. She has a unique way of looking at the world. Always has. And when you’re around her you get swept up in her excitement about things.
My brother. He’s dealt with a lot of illness in his life, yet he never complains about it no matter how hard things get. It’s a reminder every day for me to be thankful for my health.
Readers. I’ve received the most wonderful emails from readers letting me know how much my books have affected their lives—making them laugh and taking their mind off their worries for an hour or two.
The world around me inspires me. Yes, there are a lot of bad things going on in the world right now, but there are just as many, if not more, wonderful things happening every day. Big things, like people working toward a greener world, to small things, like helping a stranger in need.
Five of your favorite authors:
Jayne Ann Krentz—She’s the writer that got me interested in reading romance to begin with.
Joan Brady—She wrote an amazing little book entitled God on a Harley. That one, and Heaven in High Gear, are very inspirational to me.
Sarah Ban Breathnach—She has a unique way of looking at the world and there is a poetry and truth to her writing that I enjoy. I especially like Romancing the Ordinary and Moving On.
Lori Foster—In a way, she’s responsible for getting my writing career started. It all began when I saw a contest on her website in 2003 and wrote part of a story. The piece wasn’t chosen for the contest, but I continued to work on it and it became my first published work—Annabelle Lee, which was published by Ellora’s Cave in October 2004.
Louisa May Alcott—Her books are more than children’s stories. They are about the human condition. I love them all from Little Women, Little Men, Jo’s Boys, The Good Wives, Eight Cousins, Rose in Bloom, Under the Lilac, Jack and Jill, An Ordinary Girl…
It’s hard to pare it down to just five authors as I’ve enjoyed so many non-fiction books over the years, not to mention the thousands of romances I’ve read. The list is endless.
Describe five of your heroes/heroines through your eyes:
Jo Harris is the kick-ass, loyal heroine in my story “Shadows Stir,” which is in the Ellora’s Cavemen: Dreams of the Oasis IV anthology. Jo is a cop who knows her missing sister is in danger and nothing will stop her from finding her. She throws herself into danger, heedless of the cost to herself. She’s courageous, stubborn, and more than a match for the Shadow Ryder who crosses her path.
Seth is the hero from “A Love Eternal,” which is featured in the Ellora’s Cavemen: Legendary Tails IV anthology. Seth is a mysterious figure, powerful beyond comprehension. He’s cold, methodical, and efficient. He’s never made a mistake before. Then he meets Genevieve Alexander and learns what it is to truly love someone more than life itself.
Arrik Varkas Drakon from Drakon’s Treasure is more than just a man. He’s a Drakon lord. Half-dragon, half-man, his kind usually ignores the affairs of men. Hard, secretive, and lonely, he finds himself in a tavern. That’s where he meets Eartha, a runaway slave. She intrigues him and, when he sees her face, he knows he must have her. Her pursuers will not give up, but a dragon always keeps and guards his treasure well. Behind his mask of hardness there is a sensitive, caring man, but it will take a very special, understanding, and accepting woman to bring that part of himself into the light.
Stefan Dalakis is the youngest of the Dalakis brothers, who just happen to be vampires. His brothers have found their chosen mates and he is alone. He feels that loneliness to the very core of his being. He is facing eternity alone. His loneliness cried out to me from book one in the Dalakis Passion series. At first, I thought he would be the light-hearted one, the comic relief. Instead, he turned out to be the most intense of all. When he finally finds the woman to complete him in the hills of North Carolina, nothing will keep him from her.
Laurel Rose McCaffey has always been different. An injury from a car accident has left her with a limp, and her psychic abilities have always frightened her neighbors. She’s been labeled everything from a witch to a crazy lady. Living alone, she’s content to live her life on her own terms. But strange things are happening, and the peaceful life she’s built is being threatened. Developers want to buy her land, and her property is being vandalized. But Laurel Rose won’t back down. Armed with only a shotgun, she stands her ground against intruders. Help comes from a stranger, who is also different. Laurel Rose understand the kind of loneliness that comes with that, but she has no idea just how different Stefan Dalakis is.
Five reasons to read your books:
People have always commented on how much they love the characters in my books, the emotional connection between the hero and heroine. I believe that a good romance should evoke feelings in the reader. You have to care about the heroine and the hero and their struggles. I want you to laugh and cry with them, to yell at them when they make you angry, and to care about them as much as I do. And, of course, there has to be a satisfying happily ever after.
It’s a great way to push aside your worries for an hour or two.
There is something for everyone. My Jamesville series is contemporary romance—the later stories in the series are high heat. My Ellora’s Cave books are all erotic romance—from contemporary, to shape-shifter, vampire, time-travel, ménage a trois, to paranormal.
They’re available on-line in ebook form any hour of the day or night. So if you can’t sleep some night, download one and enjoy.
I also have 14 books available in print if you’d rather read hold a “real” book in your hands.

Amethyst Moon by N.J. Walters
Archaeologist Olivia Fifield has spent her entire life trying to live down the legacy of her grandfather and his theories on a lost civilization. Her only link to this place is a set of amethyst bracelets that he left her when he died.
Now she is on the archeological dig of her life and has a chance not only to clear her grandfather’s name, but to make her own reputation as well. But there are some who don’t want her to succeed.
What she uncovers is not a lost civilization, but a totally different world. The amethyst bracelets are the keys that transport her there and into the arms of Tor and Dak, two warriors of T’ar Tal. But the future is anything but certain and only Olivia can decide the fate of them all.

Fantastic Fives on Elizabeth Amber
Five words and/or phrases that describe you:
* ruled by cats
* computer slave
* erotic historical paranormal romance author
* art historian specializing in Greco-Roman artifacts
* museum junkie
Five people and or things that inspire you:
* Italy, the setting for my trilogy
* museums
* history
* wine
* sex
Five of your favorite authors:
* Jane Austen (Pride and Prejudice)
* Charlotte Bronte (Jane Eyre)
* Lora Leigh (Menage)
* Kate Douglas (Wolf Tales; Sexy Beast)
* Deborah MacGillivray (A Restless Knight)
Describe five of your heroes/heroines:
The Lords of Satyr is an erotic historical paranormal romance trilogy about three brothers. Book 1 is Nicholas. Book 2 is Raine (March 2008). I'll let the characters speak for themselves . . .
Nicholas: hero of NICHOLAS, book 1
As eldest brother, it's my duty to sire an heir and to safeguard ancient family secrets in the Satyr vineyard in Tuscany. At the age of 29, I'm well aware I'm handsome, charismatic, and a deeply sexual alpha male. When a letter arrives with news of three half-faerie daughters are in EarthWorld, I see it as an opportunity to sire an heir. But Jane turns out mean much more to me than a means to that end. BTW, Romantic Times said this about me: "The leading man is the sexiest one this reader has read in a long time!"
Jane: heroine of NICHOLAS, book 1
Since the age of thirteen I've been plagued by abilities I cannot control. My younger sister, Emma, will soon turn thirteen and I fear she'll be cursed by such abilities as well. My aunt insisted I wed Nicholas Satyr. On our wedding night he made me want him. But he keeps me at a distance. I've learned he continues to engage his mistresses and though I'm devastated by the news, I am not defeated. I will make him want me and me alone.
Raine: hero of RAINE, book 2
When my first wife rejected me and spread rumors about my family, I learned a hard lesson. Now it seems it's my duty to wed again in order to protect a half-faerie named Jordan. I've found her in Venice, but she's far different than I expected. And I'm in competition for her with another suitor. The Satyr change physically once a month during the Calling and our carnal needs lead us to indulge in ritualistic sex in a secluded glen on Satyr land. Will Jordan turn away from me as my former wife did?
Jordan: heroine of RAINE, book 2
I've been living a lie for nineteen years. No one knows my secret, and they mustn't find out for it would destroy the life my mother has carefully constructed for us. But she doesn't seem to care that my life is in danger because of her lies. Tonight I've run from my persecutors, straight into the arms of a stranger who wants to become my lover. I don't want to know his name or tell him mine. He wants me in his bed tonight, but we'll part tomorrow. We'll have to. He can't discover my secrets. BTW, TwoLips Reviews called me: "…the strongest heroine I have ever read."
Lyon: hero of LYON, book 3
Why do I have to wait until October 2008 for my own book? I'm a good guy and all the ladies adore me. I adore them, too. Every woman is intriguing and delightful in her own way. I'm heading for Paris, looking for the third half-faerie. I'll care for her and wed her as my brothers insist I must. But I hope she's not expecting love.
Five reasons to read your books:
They're:
* very erotic
* intertwined stories of 3 alpha male brothers
* well-researched
* in a lovely Tuscany setting
* about lusty, winemaking satyrs with secrets

Your dominant hue is blue, making you a good friend who people love and trust. You're good in social situations and want to fit in. Just be careful not to compromise who you are to make them happy. Your saturation level is very low - you have better things to do than jump headfirst into every little project. You make sure your actions are going to really accomplish something before you start because you hate wasting energy making everyone else think you're working. Your outlook on life is bright. You see good things in situations where others may not be able to, and it frustrates you to see them get down on everything. |

Fantastic Fives on Dawn Montgomery
Five words and/or phrases that describe you:
Creative,
Sweet and Innocent? Okay, no. How about Happy? I love to laugh,
Sarcastic,
Mom and Wife,
A nut LOL.
Five people and or things that inspire you:
My Grandmother: She inspired me to write and read at an early age.
My Husband: I don’t know what I’d do without his help and love. He’s an amazing man.
My Crit Partners: They’ll tell it to me straight without pulling punches. I love that.
A bad day. Nothing helps me work through my frustration or writing block like a bad day. I try not to have them too often, but my grandmother always said “the blacker the banana, the sweeter the bread.” LOL. She made a lot of banana nut bread for us. So a bad day makes for some sweet writing time. The positive spin’s important LOL.
My kids: They remind me how to relax and have fun. LOL.
Five of your favorite authors:
Morgan Hawke
Michelle Hasker
Kim Knox
Jet Mykles
Lynn Viehl
Dakota Cassidy…Sorry I know that’s six but I’m a Huge fan of her newest WEREWOLF book!!!!
Describe five of your heroes/heroines through your eyes:
Drake Oblivion from the Bound Trilogy: He’s rugged and smooth. With a touch, a caress, he can ignite your flesh in lust. He’s yummy but a force to be reckoned with. As a high born demon he’s got to keep Dallas together without giving in to those who’d love nothing more than to send him to Hell.
Elena from the Bound Trilogy: She’s feisty and determined. When it gets tough, she fights back. She embraces her curvy self and can hold her own as a bartender. Besides, who wouldn’t love to be able to toss bottles like a flair master?
Alexis from the up-and-coming Spaceport: Bounty: I love a strong woman in uniform. She pulls off feminine grace and still kicks a little ass.
Roarke from Babes in Toyland II: What’s NOT to love in a Christmas love story? Especially when it involves magic, Christmas Faeries, and a sexy hunk of a man with enough fire in his blood to seal the world in magic…
Leon from Own Me: Leon loves his wife with everything in him. Their relationship is unbelievable. It really tugs at my heart.
Five reasons to read your books:
Because you like a little heat with your action adventure?
Because you enjoy women who kick a little ass?
Because you love curvy women and think they need a little lovin’ too?
Because it would make me very happy???
Not buying that huh? Well…how about…Because Happily Ever After can be a great ride…and I’d love to show you the way.

Creative,
Sweet and Innocent?

Bound Eternally by Dawn Montgomery
The Master of the Hunt has sprung his trap. They’ve avoided the worst, or so they think, until betrayal rears its head.
Elena must choose to keep her humanity or release it. Each decision is life or death. She must stop the monster before he kills again.
Elena must choose to keep her humanity or release it. Each decision is life or death. She must stop the monster before he kills again.
Death is on his heels, and Drake must make the ultimate choice. As the pieces fall into place, his heart and soul are on the line. When they messed with Elena, they made the wrong choice.
You see, when a demon bonds, it’s eternally.

Riding Wild by Jaci Burton
Riding Wild by Jaci Burton
He's a Harley-riding ex-thief...she's a gun-toting ex-socialite. Together they'll take the ride of a lifetime in this erotic romance from "an undoubted master."*
Mac Canfield was the last man Lily West expected to see again, never mind aim her gun at. But there he was, the bad boy who'd broken her heart years ago-still a thief, hijacking a priceless artifact-and it was all she could do to push aside the memories of how it felt to have his perfectly chiseled body next to hers.
Mac was no less shocked to see the beautiful girl next-door again, threatening to shoot him. Little did she know she was blowing his cover. He had to get her out of harm's way without succumbing to his desire to take her on a hot trip down memory lane.
But Lily has no intention of going anywhere with Mac, which means he'll have to resort to kidnapping. Unless she agrees to let him take her for the kind of ride destined to drive them both unbelievably wild.

Five words and/or phrases that describe you:
1. caaaa-razy
2. put out to pasture ex-trophy wife (LOL)
3. see put out to pasture--ex small-time beauty queen
4. mo-therrrrrrr! As said by my children
5. driven
Five people and or things that inspire you:
1. reality TV
2. my sons and my friends
3. the love of my life, Rob :)
4. laughter
5. more laughter
Five of your favorite authors:
1. Nina Bangs
2. Sandra Hill
3. Dean Koontz
4. Stephen King
5. Angela Knight/DianeWhiteside/Kate Douglas--I have a lot. I have more, but it only gave me five choices and I'm trying not to push my luck here. LOL
Describe five of your heroes/heroines through your eyes:
1. Marty from The Accidental Werewolf is rather self absorbed to begin with, but mostly because she's spent a great deal of her time alone. She was an only child and doesn't know how to relate well to a crowd. She's career driven, but truly has a heart of gold.
2.Nina from Accidentally Dead. The absolute antithesis of Marty. She's loud, rude, borders obnoxious, but again, raised in a rough neighborhood and used to taking care of herself. I love her because she isn't afraid to say what socially acceptable people are. LOL
3. Wanda from The Accidental Human (coming soon from Berkley). Wanda's a little OCD, she's the buffer between Marty and Nina, always making peace between them. She's tough as nails, but always a lady.
4. Delaney from Kiss and Hell (coming soon soon from Berkley). Delaney's uber into holistic medicine, scoffs at anything scientific, sees dead people and pissed off Satan. She's kinda kooky, but loveable
5. Maddie from The Ex-Files book 1 Changeling press). She was the first book I wrote after my divorce and she was like shedding my old skin. She grew with me as I wrote her. She became her own woman, a woman who was ready to take a chance on life again :)
Five reasons to read your books:
1. because it's been a long time since you've seen an ophthalmologist?
2. because it would make me squee with delight
3. because everyone needs some fluffy, cotton candy
4. because I'd be eternally grateful
5. because I seriously think everyone should laugh. it's cliche, but truly, it's the best medicine!

The Accidental Werewolf by Dakota Cassidy
The Accidental Werewolf by Dakota Cassidy
When Marty Andrews gets bitten by a mangy mutt while walking her teacup poodle, her blond hair darkens, the hair on her legs starts growing at an alarming rate, and her mood swings put her dream job as a sales rep for Bobbie-Sue Cosmetics in serious jeopardy.
Then a drool-worthy man shows up at her door claiming that he accidentally bit Marty. And since he's a werewolf, she is now, too. Thinking Keegan Flaherty is clearly insane, Marty refuses to believe a word until a kidnapping makes her realize there's more at stake than just her highlights. And she must put her out-of-control life in the hands of the man who makes her blood run wild in more ways than one...
