Welcome Guest Blogger Cyan Bell

Five words and/or phrases that describe you:
Gosh, how does one ever see themselves?

Tenacious,
driven,
clueless (LOL)
inquisitive,
average

Five people and or things that inspire you:

My family,
pictures,
stories,
life,
my grandmother.

Five of your favorite authors:

Angela Knight,
Thomas O'Callaghan,
Matthew Rielly,
Taylor Voltaire,
Fiona Jayde.

Describe five of your heroes/heroines through your eyes:

Padraic-Intelligent, driven, sexy (Of course, Irish accents get me every time.)
loner.
Beau-Bold, intelligent, self assured, challenging.
Raven-Tenacious, bold, independent, kick-ass, and sexy.
Dante-Loyal, stubborn, challenging, determined, did I say sexy? Perhaps steamy? lol
My other favorite would be the heroine in White Lightning.
Taylor-Complex, driven, brave, courageous.

Five reasons to read your books:

I love writing about kick-ass heroines who don't just fall at a man's knees.
I like the heroine and hero to challenge one another to go that step further and to win each others trust.
If you're after a story where both main characters are bold and seem to rub each other in just the right way, my books may be just what you've been looking for. ;)
And they are just a touch or so steamy!

Hi Cyan!!!! Just getting on today so I hope I didn't miss you :) I love these answers! Its always been so unique for each that answers these. I think I read a Urban Fantasy book of Fiona Jayde. Yum. And of course lots with Angela Knight, love her books. The others I'll have to look up! I'm reading RAVEN right now and I too agree she's a strong heroine! Its been a great read!

With the different genre and themes you have written, is there still something out there that you yet want to write? Any you'd not want to write?

(Danette, don't put me in the contest, I think I have Cyan's book. Thanks!)

Thanks for your question Caffey! I love urban fantasy, but I think there's always the chance I will give something else a try in the future. Thomas O'Callaghan is a really good friend of mine and he writes thrillers. I really admire the way he plots twists and turns and I'd love to give that a try some time. Another good friend of mine is Carissa Star, she writes horror, and once again I really admire the way she's able to build this sense of dread. Kris Eton and Taylor Voltare are also good friends, and they write contemporary-I tried that once and it ended up being a werewolf story, so yeah they have my admiration as well. With Raven's Keeper I've shifted to something different and possibly unique, which I love but I also think helps as readers shift to different genre's and reading interests. However, while I'm super glad when something I've written pleases those who read it, I need to write something that I am proud to say I have published.
Pretty long answer, yeah? LOL!

Sigh - I just love kick-ass heroines, although a sexy hero doesn't hurt! That was a fun five, Cyan.
