I've been a die-hard Joy Nash fan since I read THE GRAIL KING. Her prose is lyric and vivid. The immediacy of her voice draws me into her richly imagined worlds. As a writer, I'm usually dissecting as I read. With Joy's books, I'm in the hands of a master storyteller. I forget I'm a writer. All I can do is let her words wash over me like a warm rain.
